Becoming Her

Be You. Do You. For You – You can’t pour from a empty cup.

Becoming Her™ is a 6-month self-paced journey designed for women who are tired of putting themselves last and ready to live with clarity, balance, and confidence

without guilt.

This program isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations that quietly pulled you away from yourself. Through guided lessons, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll reconnect with your identity, strengthen boundaries, release guilt, and realign your life with what truly matters to you.

Rooted in real-life experience and grounded in faith-aligned principles (without pressure or performance), Becoming Her™ meets you where you are and moves at your pace. Each month builds on the last, helping you create sustainable change in your mind, body, and soul.

This is for the woman who is strong, capable, and faithful yet knows there’s more. More peace. More wholeness. More of herself.

You don’t need to do more.
You need to come back to you.

This is a place where you:

  • Embrace your inner power and let it shine authentically and unapologetically

  • Choose growth again and again, even when fear shows up

  • Reconnect with your strength, courage, and confidence

  • Nurture your mind, body, and soul

  • Learn, unlearn, and grow into a better version of yourself

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be healed.
You just have to be willing.

As a woman, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, friend, life coach, mentor, wife, ex-wife, girlfriend (to name a few roles), I’ve lived life from many angles. I know what it feels like to be the strong one holding everyone together while quietly losing pieces of yourself along the way.

Through faith and aligning my life with my beliefs, I learned how to overcome, reset, and create balance without abandoning who I am. My journey taught me that growth doesn’t come from doing more, but from living in truth, setting healthy boundaries, and choosing yourself with intention.

I created Becoming Her to offer women a grounded, supportive space to reconnect, reflect, and remember who they are, and what they’re capable of becoming.
