Our Policy

• Return Window: We offer a 7-day return policy. You must contact us and initiate the return process within 7 days of the artwork's delivery date.

• Condition of Artwork: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging. If an artwork is damaged or altered after it is delivered to you, we cannot accept a return.

• Return Process: To start a return, please email us at (con-struction-art@hotmail.com )Your Email Address] with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will deduct the return shipping fee from your total refund amount.

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned artwork and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The money will be returned to your original method of payment, and it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company

Damaged Artwork

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (con-struction-art@hotmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or a full refund.

 

This policy does not apply to custom or commissioned pieces, which are final sale.
