By the time they touch down back home, they already have the tools, the mindset, and the plan to keep pushing forward.​Founded by artist Anthony Taylor, who used art to transform his own life while incarcerated, this program is built on real experience and real results. It’s about more than staying out of prison it’s about breaking cycles, creating opportunities, and proving that returning citizens are not just statistics. They’re creators, leaders, and builders when given the right support.​This is just the beginning. Con-Struction-Art Universal Building Block is coming to reduce recidivism, build income streams, and turn returning citizens into assets that uplift families and whole communities.
