Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best use of time for both coach and client, we have established the following No-Show Policy: Definition of No-Show: A "No-Show" occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled coaching session and does not provide prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. There is a grace period of 15 minutes. All coaching sessions are reserved time. To avoid charges, please provide at least 24-hour cancellation notice. Missed sessions without notice ("no-shows") will be charged at the full rate. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a "no-show" and will be charged full rate, no session extension for late arrivals. All payments for coaching sessions are subject to being non-refunded. The Coach reserves the right to cancel any session, with potential refunds depending on cancellation reason. Rebooking After a No-Show: Clients who have not shown up for a session without prior notice may be required to prepay for any future sessions before they are scheduled. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this No-Show Policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting you on your journey.
